ProclaimCRM Check-In is an easy to use app that allows volunteer and child check-in for church events. The app can be used in Assisted or Unassisted mode for added flexibility. Assisted check-in stations can be staffed by trained volunteers who have additional functionality to help with lost keytags, new members, visitors, or room assignment overrides.
Features Include:
1. Quickly check in to events based on age/grade or pre-registration.
2. Print nametags for the individual(s) checking in.
3. Print additional bag tags for things like diaper bags, etc.
4. Allow guest check-in in Assisted mode.
5. Override default room assignment in special circumstances in Assisted mode.
6. Lookup family by name or phone number in cases of lost or forgotten key tags.
